  1. Use of Products and Services

All programs, subscriptions, and digital products acquired from Marsh Performance are for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or share any of our training programs, online coaching, or digital materials without explicit written consent from Marsh Performance.

Marsh Performance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any training programs, coaching, or nutrition guidance provided. All content is intended for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

By using our services, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for participation and release Marsh Performance from any liability related to injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from following our programs.

All services and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Marsh Performance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, programs, or services.

  1. Refunds and Subscription Cancellations

2.1 Digital Products & Online Programs

  • All sales of digital products, online programs, and challenges are final.
  • Once access to a workout plan, challenge, or digital program is granted, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a program includes a custom plan, it must be used within 6 months of purchase; otherwise, it will expire.
  • If a questionnaire is required for plan customization, it must be submitted within 6 months—failure to do so voids eligibility for a refund or plan creation.

2.2 Subscription-Based Services

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the account holder.
  • If purchased through a third-party app store (Google Play, Apple App Store), cancellation must be done through the respective app store.
  • No refunds will be issued for subscription payments.
  • To avoid future charges, cancellations must be completed at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

2.3 Non-Refundable Shipping Costs & Lost/Stolen Access

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any fees associated with digital program access or account setup.
  • If access to digital content is lost due to user error, Marsh Performance is not responsible for reissuing access beyond the original purchase terms.
  • If a plan or program has been sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer, Marsh Performance is not responsible for access issues.
  1. One-on-One Coaching Calls
  • All one-on-one coaching calls are final sales.
  • Rescheduling requires 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled call.
  • If a client misses a call, they may reschedule for a $5 processing fee.
  • If a coach fails to attend a scheduled call, the client may reschedule free of charge.
