CAREER OVERVIEW

With nearly a decade of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of clients through customized, results-driven training. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Fitness and Management with a minor in Exercise Science, and I’m a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). My education, combined with years of hands-on experience, has equipped me with a deep understanding of the most effective training methods.

Founded in 2023, Marsh Performance was built to help people take control of their health and fitness journeys and create lasting, sustainable transformations. Our core focus includes in-person and online training, fitness challenges,  and nutritional guidance, all tailored to deliver real, measurable results. We specialize in coaching busy millennials, professionals, and athletes, whether they’re just starting or seeking advanced performance coaching.

We’ll go over your goals, current fitness level, and what you’re looking to achieve. If we’re a good fit, we’ll lock in your spot and get you set up for your first session.

Sessions take place at a private gym with high-quality equipment or at a designated training space, depending on the session type. You’ll have access to everything needed for strength, conditioning, and functional athletic training.

That depends on your schedule and goals. Most clients train 3-4 times per week for optimal results. During your consultation, we’ll set up a plan that works best for you while keeping you consistent.

100%. Your training is built around your body, goals, and fitness level. I don’t do cookie-cutter programs—every session is designed to push you in the right way. Whether you’re looking to drop body fat, build muscle, or improve athletic performance, your plan will be tailored to get you there.

That depends on your effort, consistency, and nutrition. Some clients start feeling stronger and leaner within a few weeks, while full transformations typically take 8-12 weeks of solid work. The key is staying committed and trusting the process.
