Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Fitness and Management with a minor in Exercise Science, along with certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), I bring both scientific knowledge and real-world expertise to every session.

From my roots as a three-sport athlete to competing at the collegiate baseball level, performance and discipline have always been a part of my DNA.
